Despite living in downtown Philly for a long time, there are still pockets I’ve never seen. Perth and Addison Park is one. More than that, I never noticed Perth and Addison Streets.
The intersection is located between Pine and Lombard and 7th and 8th. Perth is one of Philly’s littlest streets with a row of small houses.
A Google search on the street showed this house is 1418 square feet and sold for $430,000 in 2017. This house was built in 1920, so I assume that goes for the row.
The little park is across the street.
I was about to write that I am the only person enjoying the park, when this guy came in to do a photo shoot with his dog. The dog is a very cooperative subject.
