In a previous post I wrote about a faux castle in Center City. A short walk south at 22nd between Walnut and Locust is a faux English village. It’s actually called English Village.
Despite the no trespassing sign, I was not chased out by any residents of this half block village.
I’m not a fan of this type of cutesy architecture. However, these have been around since 1928, which gives this fake history a real history.
